i'm using cheapo pc w/ windows xp.

anyroads,

goto "start" menu popup thing

click "all programs"

goto "accessories"

then click "system tools"

then click "character map"

it is awesomely easy & much fun for using -

best font choice is MS sanserif as i think it has most letterforms & characters,

it sure beats my old technique of googsurfing to find those special characters,
